中國（山東）—中東歐國家地方綠色低碳合作煙臺(tái)倡議中國（山東）—中東歐國家地方綠色低碳合作煙臺(tái)倡議

　　為推動(dòng)中國與中東歐國家凝聚綠色共識(shí)、加快綠色轉(zhuǎn)型，在“中國—中東歐國家合作”機(jī)制框架下構(gòu)建更加緊密的綠色發(fā)展合作關(guān)系，我們倡議：

　　搭建區(qū)域內(nèi)綠色低碳領(lǐng)域?qū)�業(yè)性國際合作平臺(tái)，整合中國和中東歐國家綠色低碳領(lǐng)域地方政府、科研院所、行業(yè)組織、重點(diǎn)企業(yè)、技術(shù)人才等資源，建立合作信息庫，舉辦機(jī)制性國際會(huì)議及技術(shù)交流、項(xiàng)目對(duì)接、投融資等專題活動(dòng)，為各方在清潔能源、智能制造、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、智慧城市等綠色領(lǐng)域合作交流開辟新渠道。

　　我們相信，中國與中東歐國家可以在平等互利、合作共贏的原則下，共同踐行綠色發(fā)展理念，攜手應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化，為實(shí)現(xiàn)全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)重要力量。

Yantai Initiative on China (Shandong) -- CEEC Local Green and Low-Carbon Cooperation

　　To build consensus on green development and accelerate green transformation between China and Central and Eastern European countries, and establish a closer partnership for green development under the framework of China-CEEC cooperation mechanism, we propose the following：

　　Establish a professional international cooperation platform in the green and low-carbon sector within the region, integrating resources of local governments, research institutes, industrial associations, key enterprises and technology talents in the green and low-carbon fields from China and Central and Eastern European countries. This includes the creation of a cooperation information database, and the organization of institutional international conferences, as well as specialized events for technology exchange, project matchmaking, and investment and financing. These efforts aim to open new channels for collaboration and exchange among all parties in clean energy, intelligent manufacturing, circular economy, smart cities, and other areas.

　　We are convinced that China and Central and Eastern European countries can, on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, embrace the concept of green development, jointly address climate change, and make significant contribution to global sustainable development.
